- Age requirements: Over 18 years old. (Note: For Senior skin (45+) and Oily skin we recommend to book for Nano Brows/Machine Hair Strokes or Combination or Ombre')
- Must not have any transmittable blood related conditions or diseases such as Hepatitis or HIV/AIDS
- Must not be pregnant or nursing
- Must not have any skin allergies to pigments or make up
- Must not have glaucoma and/or taking blood thinning medicines
- Must not have skin concerns such as eczema, psoriasis or keloids in treatment area
- Must not have active skin cancer
- Must not have experience with post inflammatory hyper-pigmentation
- Must not have undiagnosed rashes or blisters in brow or lip area
- Must not be someone who is under or scheduled for radiotherapy or chemotherapy
- Must not be someone who is epileptic who has experienced faint spell or seizure
- If you are diabetic, please have a doctors note with medication + controlled diet
- Must not have botox 2 weeks before appt
[ TERMS & POLICIES ]
- Booking fee/Deposit/Touch Up prepaid is NON-REFUNDABLE or non-transferable in any case
- RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS: Required 2 business days notice (48hrs) by call/text 863-888-2443 (in case you could not reach out over the phone. MUST leave your text, voice message or send email to info@greatbrows.com), otherwise you will forfeit the entire deposit/payment. No exceptions, no excuses.
- NO SHOWS: You will forfeit the entire deposit/payment. No exceptions, no excuses. Next appt, you must pay in full to confirm your booking.
- NO GO: As we reserve 3.5hrs just for you, if you change your mind with any reason. You will forfeit the entire deposit+50% of service fee. If you already purchased prepaid gift card/voucher/prepaid Touch Up, the entire payment will NOT be refunded.
- PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: No need to arrive early since appointments are back to back.
- PREGNANCY POLICY: The deposit can be transferred over to a new date after birth, however prices are subject to change and will be reflected when a client decides to reschedule.
- LATE POLICY: Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will forfeit the entire deposit/payment. Next appt, you must pay in full to confirm your booking.
- PHOTOS & VIDEOS: Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance and may be posted on our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, etc for marketing/advertising purposes.
- NO GUESTS: No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the studio due to hazardous materials and cross-contamination. They can wait in our lobby/waiting room. Translators are allowed in the beginning of procedure.
- NO REFUNDS: We do our best to ensure the complete satisfaction with service. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us to find the best solution for you.
- Perfection Touch Up 6 weeks is REQUIRED for the best result as you expected. (Touch Up fee is not included in your initial procedure)
- Results vary on your brow hair, your lifestyle, food, your afercare, and your skin type: oily, dry, or combination. Perfection Touch Up 6 weeks is REQUIRED to get PERFECT result.
- All promotions/3rd party voucher (not directly purchase from GREAT BROWS) will apply only to original skin without any pre-existing tattoo. If you received tattoo/Microblading/Shading previously then you must select "Brow Correction/TouchUp from another shop" and must send your brow pictures to 863-888-2443 to get approval.
